1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Online store available at the Internet address www.kamami.com is run by the company BTC Korporacja Paweł Zbysiński, location: ul. Lwowska 5, 05-120 Legionowo, TIN: 536-149-12-81, REGON: 012417446 registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), led by the minister responsible for economic affairs.
Online store www.kamami.com cares about consumer rights. The consumer may not waive the rights conferred on him by the Act on Consumer Rights. The provisions of the agreements less favorable to the consumer than the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights will be void and, in their place, the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights. Therefore, the provisions of these regulations are not intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights conferred on them by mandatory provisions of law, and any possible doubts can be explained in favor of the consumer. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions with the above provisions, priority is given to these provisions and shall be applied.
The following general terms and conditions are valid in the version from the time of the order in our online store. Opposing or deviating conditions of the customer from our general terms and conditions we do not accept, even if we know them and process the order without contradiction.
Our information and offers regarding the articles and product specifications are subject to change. Product illustrations are exemplary illustrations and can deviate from supplied products. With regard to the constant technical development and improvement of the products we reserve the right to change the design. This also applies to changes that serve the availability of a product.
2. CONDITIONS OF SALE

The representation of our products in our websites is only an invitation to the customer to submit a contract offer. The customer receives a confirmation of receipt for the order by email after placing an order. We reserves the right to hold orders until all items are available, as required. If any goods are not available, the customer will be informed immediately and will be offered the option to continue to await delivery, accept an alternative product or cancel the order.
Product price shown on the online shop is given in EUR and includes taxes. Prices of products listed on the site www.kamami.com do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are indicated on the site page "SHIPPING".
The customer receives a confirmation of receipt for the order by e-mail after placing an order, which is entered into sales agreement between customer and reseller. The content of the sale agreement is further perpetuated and secured in a computer system online shop.
We reserve the right to change the price of the product which is temporarily not on the stock whereas the new delivery contains altered price. Prior to the conclusion of the contract we will inform the customer about the change in price and the total amount to be debited.
3. METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR PRODUCT
For each order we issue an invoice.
We are sending PayPal payment request or data for Bank Transfer payment after checking the availibility on stock.
We only accept the payment options, that are shown to the customer as part of the ordering process.
If the customer is in delay of payments, we reserve the right to refuse any shipments also from other contractual relationships. We are not liable for any damages resulting from this non-delivery.
4. COST, METHOD AND PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME
Shipping costs and methods are indicated on the site page "SHIPPING". Product delivery is available throughout Europe.
We are sending package after receiving and booking payment.
We deliver the customer as fast as possible. This is under restriction, that we are supplied correctly and on time and are not responsible for the lack of availability of goods.
In case of visible damages of the package, it is possible to refuse the acceptance of the shipment with note to the damage for you as consumer. However if you find a damage after you have received the shipment or if it is a hidden transport damage (packaging okay but content defective), please contact us immediately within 3 business days after reception of the shippment. The risk of damage to or loss goods will pass to the customer when the goods are delivered.
5. COMPLAINTS PRODUCT
Basis and responsibilities of the Client Vendors, if sold product has a flaw natural or legal person (warranty) are defined generally applicable laws, in particular the Civil Code. Seller shall be obliged to provide the customer product without defects.
If the complaint is regarding a product that you have purchased, please email us to the following address: email@example.com and include your customer data and details about the product.
To execute the Customer's rights under the warranty will be necessary to provide the Product to the Seller, the customer shall deliver the product at the address:

It is recommended that the Customer include with the description of the complaint:
Seller will address customer complaints immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Vendors failing to respond within the deadline means that the seller took the complaint to be justified.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A consumer who has a contract at a distance, may, within 14 calendar days, to withdraw from it without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal does not concern commercial customers.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer acquires, or a third party other than carrier and indicated by consumer acquires physical possesion of the goods.
To meet the deadline is enough to send a statement before its expiry.
The statement of withdrawal may be made, for example via email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract is considered to be unmade.
The consumer is required immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which withdrew from the contract, return the Product Seller or give it to a person authorized by the Seller to receive. To meet the deadline just return the Product prior to its expiration.
The item must be in its original “as new” condition including instructions and accessories and also accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Reasonable care should be taken by the consumer whilst the goods remain in their possesion and goods must be adequately packaged when being returned back to the seller. The consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Seller is obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days of receipt of the declaration of the consumer to withdraw from the contract, return to the consumer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the product (excluding additional costs resulting from the client method of delivery other than plain cheapest shipping method available in the online shop).
Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment, which used the consumer. The seller may withhold the reimbursement payments received from the consumer to the product receipt back.
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract is not granted to the consumer in respect of contracts:
All products being offered www.kamami.com store are brand new. The products are guaranteed manufacturer, importer and seller of force pledge on Polish territory. Excluding some exceptions the warranty period is 12 months. The warranty does not cover damage usage or damage resulting from abuse or improper use. 8. FINAL PROVISIONS
Contracts are concluded in Polish.
Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations of the important reasons for this is: change the law; changes in methods of payment and delivery - to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations.
In the case of the conclusion on the basis of these Rules continuous contracts (eg. Provision of Electronic Services - Account) the Client involves the amended regulations, if they have been preserved requirements set out in Art. 384 and 384  of the Civil Code, it is a Client has been properly notified of the changes and do not terminate the agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. In the event that a change of the Rules resulted in the introduction of any new taxes or increase existing Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
In the case of the conclusion on the basis of these Rules of contracts of a different nature than continuous contract (eg. Purchase Agreement) amendments to the Regulations shall in no way prejudice the rights acquired the Customers / Clients who are consumers before the entry into force of the amendments to the Rules, in particular the amendments to the Regulations will not have the impact on the already deposited or complex contracts and concluded, realized or executed Purchase Agreement.
In matters not covered in these Rules shall apply generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code; Law on electronic services of 18 July 2002. (OJ 2002 No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.); for Sale Agreements concluded up to 24 December 2014 with customers which are consumers - the provisions of the Law on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product of 2 March 2000. (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item. 271, as d.) and Act on specific terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code dated 27 July 2002. (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 141, item. 1176, as amended.); for Sale Agreements concluded between 25 December 2014 with customers which are consumers - the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights dated 30 May 2014. (OJ 2014. pos. 827 as amended.); and other relevant provisions of applicable law.
